Role Overview
- You will support experienced CFOs and advise managing directors.
- You will gain insights into a wide range of finance functions.
- Support external CFO activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, variance analyses, and budget monitoring.
- Support the development and implementation of our clients' financial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in a finance role, preferably at a startup or in a fast-paced environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of core finance areas: FP&A, controlling (management accounting), accounting, processes, and systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
