Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or POS-related roles
Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups (partners, field teams, senior management) and manage complex negotiations to successful outcomes
Strong negotiation skills and experience turning partnerships into measurable results
Data-driven approach to monitor partner performance and optimize growth
Ability to manage partner performance through key KPIs such as revenue, active POS, transaction volume, and activation rates, leveraging data to drive optimization and growth
High ownership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with partners with field sales networks
Driving sales through partner-led channels
