Assist and support dedicated volunteers in bringing The Trust's programmes to life.
Provide access to training, resources, and guidance to volunteers for high standards of delivery.
Ensure compliance with necessary policies for delivery partners and volunteers.
Accurately and efficiently record data collected from young people, volunteers, or partners.
Step up and lead sessions with young people when the moment calls.
Collaborate with and support fellow programme facilitators to produce creative solutions.
Requirements
A background in education could be an advantage in this role.
Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills.
