About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research high-quality prospects across relevant sectors, job titles, and organisations
Work with SAP, SAP partners and other stakeholders to build targeted attendee lists
Work with event production team to identify upsell opportunities through our speakers
Deliver proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to past delegates, warm leads, and new prospects
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to confirmed delegate bookings
Build trust-based relationships with delegates to encourage multi-event attendance
Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging and support campaign targeting
Execute structured post-event follow-up to convert new contacts into future bookings
Requirements
Proven experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, ideally in B2B events or conferences
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals
Comfortable working to outreach, conversion, and revenue targets
Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot desirable)
Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and customer focused
