About this role
Role Overview
Produce all billing for the certification team;
Schedule and validate weekly billing with the various partners;
Open client and project accounts and ensure they are kept up to date;
Analyze information required for billing and verify invoices' compliance with agreed terms;
Draft and revise invoice drafts and follow up with partners;
Occasionally follow up with internal and external clients;
Prepare billing based on received information and finalize electronic processing and client invoices;
Prepare various reports to support the team;
Participate in improving the billing process;
Ensure updates to databases, records, files, contacts, etc.;
Support partners and the certification team with various administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma in office administration/secretarial studies or other relevant training;
More than 4 years of relevant experience;
Excellent customer service orientation and sound professional judgment;
Very good command of French;
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and specialized software;
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple files simultaneously;
Demonstrated organization, coordination, autonomy, speed, attention to detail, and discretion;
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress;
Ability to manage priorities.
