About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate the implementation of departmental targets.
Execute action plans to achieve targets.
Lead, engage, and supervise your teams in accordance with Alper's People & Management corporate policies.
Participate in the selection, retention, training, and development of staff.
Secure resources and remove obstacles so that your teams can deliver expected results.
Drive and promote the company culture.
Implement Alper's policies, processes, and procedures.
Interface with other departments across the company.
Lead engagement meetings and results reporting with your direct reports.
Perform critical analysis of the area's indicators and propose solutions.
Participate in results reporting meetings with Alper's Executive Board and Vice-Presidency.
Promote requests for technology improvements.
Act proactively, identifying opportunities for training and process optimization.
Ensure communication regarding the handling of commercial agreements with carriers at the national (Brazil) level.
Interact and align with branch offices to centralize Brazil-wide SME implementation and registration management.
Ensure that operational workflows are executed in accordance with operational efficiency guidelines.
Perform quality controls and monitor the area's KPIs.
Recruit, train, and supervise employees; develop remote management methods for staff in other regions, if applicable.
Invest in training to build a more autonomous team that is less dependent in day-to-day activities.
Provide periodic feedback.
Create and ensure the execution of projects.
Requirements
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Knowledge of SME eligibility rules and commercialization; familiarity with ANS regulations
Knowledge of the onboarding/implementation process with insurance carriers
Behavioral competencies: team management, time management, organization, strong communication, strategic vision, proactivity, dynamism, and agility
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Leadership ability; competence and clarity in communication to manage people
Sense of immediacy and urgency to define and implement strategies and tactics
Analytical ability to assess the risks of decisions and make sound choices
Experience in SME implementation, registration, and compensation processes
Relationships with major insurers/operators
Professional experience leading SME operational teams
Experience with Quiver systems
Experience with Protheus systems (advantage)
