Drive the expansion of the Corporate Benefits Business Unit, managing the full consultative sales cycle for Health, Dental and Life products.
The mission is to prospect large accounts, negotiate strategic terms with insurance carriers and ensure flawless implementation, aiming to meet financial targets and retain clients through cross-selling.
Manage the entire sales cycle for new clients, from initial prospecting through post-sales support.
Prospect new clients for the Corporate Benefits Business Unit with the products: Health, Dental and Life.
Ensure the Pipeline is kept up to date by entering daily information during mapping/negotiation so the team stays aligned.
Ensure presentation of the best commercial terms negotiated with insurers and guarantee the specific conditions for each transaction.
Support clients and the Implementation and Relationship teams, ensuring strong collaboration between areas to promote client retention.
Ensure financial targets are met by following the required negotiation stages.
Act in a consultative manner, supporting members and partners in generating and closing new business.
Promote cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Proven experience in commercial/sales roles.
Experience in developing new business and expanding B2B client portfolios (large and medium accounts).
Strong knowledge of the corporate health insurance market, including trends, regulations, competitors and products.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Results-oriented.
Strong negotiation skills.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Experience with commercial management/CRM (Salesforce and others).
English is a plus.
