About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — from qualification through consultative advising and demos to closing.
You handle inbound inquiries in a structured manner with a high standard of quality.
You identify and acquire new customers through targeted outbound activities.
You deliver tailored product presentations and advisory meetings — remotely and at relevant events or trade shows.
You engage with decision-makers at executive and management levels and understand their commercial and operational challenges.
You collaborate with the team to further develop effective sales approaches, call scripts and best practices.
You accurately document your activities, insights and opportunities in the CRM.
You bring market feedback from customer conversations back into the company to help sharpen product and positioning.
Requirements
You enjoy working with people, building trust and communicating reliably.
You write precisely, work in a structured way and follow up on matters consistently.
You combine a strong ability to close deals with genuine consultative orientation.
You are curious, eager to learn and want to really understand a product that requires explanation.
You show initiative and feel comfortable in an environment where people take responsibility rather than just execute processes.
You communicate very well in German — both written and spoken.
Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales, within a SaaS environment, or a good understanding of the architecture, construction or planning industry.
