About this role
Role Overview
Active new customer acquisition (cold calling)
Conversion of new self-signups in the product (warm calling)
Discovery calls
Product demos
Lead qualification and management of the entire sales funnel
Preparation of proposals and negotiation through to closing
Full closing responsibility for your own deals
Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO on demos, pitches, pricing and sales strategy
Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM
Ongoing market and customer feedback to product and management
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with personal responsibility for closing deals
You have independently managed deals through to closing
High self-motivation, strong results orientation and self-organization
Ability to operate without extensive structures, playbooks or significant inbound leads
Excellent communication skills on the phone and in video calls
Very good German and English, both written and spoken
Bonus: You have previously built a sales team and have worked through the classic sales roles yourself
