Role Overview
Support the execution of complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives
Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence, including market research and transaction analyses
Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books and transaction summaries
Analyze financial statements and market data to support corporate finance evaluations
Communicate project status, timelines, deliverables effectively across deal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, consulting, and transaction advisory services
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation development
High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in deal teams
