Support for investment and fundraising projects – from initial analysis through to successful completion
Preparation of financial models, business plans and investor presentations to evaluate business models and investment opportunities
Market, competitor and company analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities
Preparation for and participation in client meetings, pitches and investor discussions
Participation in M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence and deal structuring
Preparation of decision papers and research reports for management and investors
Ongoing monitoring of capital markets and relevant industry developments
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
Initial practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity or consulting is a plus
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial models and common tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and where applicable PitchBook/Capital IQ/Mergermarket/Crunchbase)
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, capital markets and strategic corporate development
Structured, precise and independent working style – including under time pressure
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Team player with initiative and willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
