Support on investment and fundraising projects – from initial analysis to successful closing
Preparation of financial models, business plans and investor presentations to evaluate business models and investment opportunities
Market, competitor and company analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities
Preparation for and participation in client meetings, pitches and investor discussions
Support in M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence and transaction structuring
Preparation of decision papers and research reports for management and investors
Continuous monitoring of capital markets and relevant industry developments
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, finance, economics or a comparable field
Initial practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity or consulting is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of financial models and common tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, optionally PitchBook/Capital IQ/Mergermarket/Crunchbase)
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, capital markets and strategic business development
Structured, precise and independent working style – including under time pressure
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Team spirit, initiative and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
