Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and training coordination.
Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance domain.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, manage expectations, and foster collaboration between business and technical teams.
Prepare clear and concise documentation such as business cases, user stories, functional specifications, and status reports.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and capturing feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to change management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Business analysis, change management, or a related role, preferably within financial services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of finance products, regulatory environment, or lending processes is a strong advantage.
