Own critical accounting operations across revenue, inventory, payroll, and month-end close
Reconcile and record daily revenue from Gravity POS platforms and Sunstar / Datacap arcade systems
Manage and reconcile credit card sales receivables and deposits
Reconcile and track credit card chargebacks
Maintain and reconcile deferred revenue balances
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards
Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns through Avalara platform
Prepare payroll entries for regular wages, bonuses, and PTO accruals
Lead key components of the month-end close process
Support external audit requests and prepare audit schedules

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and payroll accounting
Experience with sales & use tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting systems and POS integrations preferred
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and improve processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
