Planning budgets, preparing forecasts and managing liquidity
Analyzing costs, revenues and key performance indicators to support corporate management
Preparing reports, short-term ad-hoc analyses and decision papers for executive management
Early identification of opportunities and risks, variance analysis and supporting implementation of control measures
Supporting investment decisions, evaluating projects and performing profitability calculations
Defining KPIs, dashboards and early-warning systems for management
Continuously improving controlling processes and reporting tools
Monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting internal control systems
Close cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments

Commercial training with relevant further education or equivalent
Proven experience in controlling at group/company level with responsibility for budgets in the high double-digit million range
IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, with solid experience in Power BI
Strong analytical skills, numerical aptitude and a structured working approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility
Fluent German, English and Russian, both written and spoken
