Maintain and update key marketing platforms including: CRM / Email Automation tools, Website & Landing Pages, Referral & Loyalty Programs, Tracking, tagging, and analytics dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Dev, Product, CRM) to ensure correct implementation of assets and features.
Test new releases or updates and report bugs or issues to the PMM.
Assist in building and optimizing automated flows (welcome, re-engagement, retention).
Prepare content uploads for websites, CRM, or landing pages following brand and compliance guidelines.
Support the setup of A/B tests and report key insights to improve conversion and engagement.
Track performance of marketing tools (email deliverability, journey completion rates, funnel conversion).
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards in collaboration with the BI team.
Collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date internal documentation (release logs, naming conventions, setup guides).
Ensure all platforms follow consistent standards for tagging, data collection, and automation.
Support onboarding and training materials for new users of marketing tools.

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing support.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels, automation flows, and tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
Eager to grow into a product-oriented marketing role with technical depth.
