Manage a portfolio of existing accounts (agents) within your territory and increase sales from these agents.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through cold visits and lead follow‑up, registering new points of sale.
Monitor performance, suggest, and implement initiatives to drive same-store sales.
Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the assigned territory increasing same-store sales.
Make regular visits to high-performing locations, identify and address issues within the current network.
Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within the territory.
Work with your colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit Risk Management, and Marketing to ensure the best service to your territory.
Requirements
Previous experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Experience in a field-based account management role.
Ability to present and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them.
Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license.
