10+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, with experience advising multinational organizations.
Significant experience handling and advising on complex workplace investigations.
Strong litigation management experience, including oversight of outside counsel and agency matters.
Demonstrated experience advising on executive-level and high-visibility employment issues.
Knowledge of AI-related legal risks in the workplace, including bias, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, business-oriented guidance.
Sound judgment and strong risk assessment capabilities in fast-moving, high-stakes situations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to advise senior executives clearly and confidently.
