You ensure that our knowledge, processes and systems are clearly documented.
You work closely with our teams to structure, optimize and keep all content continuously up to date.
Your contributions ensure that Cloudiax operates efficiently, transparently and in compliance with our internal control system (ICS) and ISO standards.
Build and maintain a centralized documentation structure in Confluence and Jira.
Continuously collaborate with all teams to systematically capture current information.
Develop, standardize and optimize processes.
Support the introduction of new documentation and project management standards.
Ensure the annual audit of our internal control system by our auditor according to PS-951 Type 2 and/or ISAE 3402.
Prepare our documentation for future certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, as well as requirements arising from NIS2.

Completed vocational training or degree in IT, administration or business, or equivalent experience
Excellent organisational skills and enthusiasm for clear, well-structured processes and for building them
Experience in project management and working with Jira/Confluence
Basic understanding of IT processes
Experience with ISMS, audit processes or compliance frameworks is an advantage
Independent, structured working style and the ability to set priorities
Confident communication skills in German and English
