Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations and proposals, leveraging market insights, data, and platform knowledge.
Partner with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long-term partner status.
Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that drive excitement and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Manage a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and actively report on performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.
Be an outstanding public speaker and platform evangelist — inspiring clients with compelling narratives about TikTok’s potential.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in the local market — especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and preferably, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms.
Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — with a talent for storytelling and public speaking.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented mindset with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
