Role Overview
- Product enhancement and backlog prioritization
- Coordinate with the business unit to capture requirements
- Create clear User Stories, Epics & acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure communication between German
- and English-speaking teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
- Testing & quality assurance before releases
- Analyze and optimize technical processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Quick comprehension of complex systems
- Good Scrum knowledge (e.g., CSPO, PSM I/II)
- Proficient in Jira
- Experience creating clear requirements (User Stories, Use Cases; IREB/CPRE advantageous)
- Basic technical understanding (at least one programming language)
