Act as a strategic legal partner to BCM, Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Negotiate complex commercial, technology and infrastructure integration as well as data licensing deals
Negotiate strategic partnership agreements with major players in the blockchain and RWA industry
Leverage understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to technology service providers

10+ years of relevant PQE legal experience
At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company
Strong track record of independently leading complex commercial transactions
License to practice law or equivalent in the US, UK or gained LLM from such jurisdictions
Proven leadership experience
Previous experience line managing legal counsel
Solid financial services background (preferred)
Familiarity with digital asset regulation
Prior experience supporting legal aspects of go-to-market strategies (preferred)
