Lead Data Management Analyst

Role Overview

• Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices
• Apply your deep expertise in ITSM data and processes to deliver salient insights
• Design, support, and optimize automated dataflows powering self-service reporting for Incidents, Changes, and Problems
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and operational reporting
• Architect and manage complex Power BI semantic models
• Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
• 2+ years of data visualization and reporting (Microsoft Power BI preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow data constructs
• 1+ years of experience generating analytics content for senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM subject (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cyber Security preferred)
• 2+ years working with data-focused programming language (SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc)
• 1+ years working with AI
• 1+ years working with Microsoft Fabric
