Develop and implement short and long-term strategic and tactical business plans.
Deliver sales and profit targets for a select group of large national accounts.
Conduct ongoing internal and external account business reviews to measure, evaluate and present sales performance.
Leverage market trend data to build data-driven product assortment recommendations for retailers.
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal leadership to help influence/ define strategies and short-term launch support plans.
Lead all customer interactions for the business (new item launches, annual plans, logistics)
Accountable for demand forecasts and lowering commercial execution costs for respective accounts.
Requirements
Associates degree
4+ years of demonstrated direct sales experience preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry with increasing account responsibility.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced knowledge of sales acumen, trade, category management, and marketing concepts / methods
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal / leadership skills
Initiative to identify growth drivers and then secure resources to support execution.
Work with Nielsen and Circana data to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations and business forecasting.
Knowledge of retail portals (STIBO, Retail link, Partners Online, etc.)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
