Develop and enhance the long-term financial model (multi-year – 5 years or more) for the Basic Education vertical (Aliança 1);
Build and review the projected income statement (P&L), ensuring consistency between operational and financial assumptions;
Structure and monitor the budget and forecast model;
Prepare business cases, including feasibility analyses (IRR, NPV and payback);
Support reporting and audit-related requests;
Work on the consolidation and analysis of financial indicators/KPIs;
Interact with multidisciplinary teams to validate strategic assumptions;
Work autonomously to perform analyses and propose model improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Production), Economics, Accounting or related areas;
Solid experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis);
Experience with annual and multi-year budgeting (e.g., 3–5 year projections);
Knowledge of corporate finance;
Advanced Excel (structured financial modeling);
