Role Overview
- Drive meaningful improvements across clinical operations workflows, systems, and experiences.
- Partner closely with the Practice Administrator to operationalize defined strategic priorities.
- Identify inefficiencies and execute initiatives that improve patient experience and clinician experience.
- Redesign processes to improve patient and clinical support workflows.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Lead execution of prioritized initiatives from scoping through implementation.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or similar
- Experience in process improvement or operational optimization
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Advanced Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred)
- Familiarity with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Telehealth or high-growth healthcare experience (preferred)
- Experience working closely with Product/Engineering teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with Lean / process improvement methodologies (preferred)
