Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of WB Games’ Retention & Owned & Operated promotional capabilities
Partner directly with game development teams to understand gameplay systems and promotional needs
Ensure features integrate cleanly into existing game architectures and live ops pipelines
Lead requirements gathering and author functional specifications
Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout design, development, and launch
Evaluate and validate feature opportunities based on business impact and player experience
Measure and analyze the performance of promotional features
Continuously iterate on features and roadmap priorities based on data insights

8+ years of experience in product management
Demonstrated experience working on game development teams or game-adjacent platforms
Strong understanding of game development lifecycles
Experience with retention, promotions, personalization, or monetization systems in games or consumer software
Strong understanding of AdTech, user identity systems, or personalization technologies
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with game studios and external partners
Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
