Primarily you will call new customers who have connected with us through a platform, explain our products to them, and ensure they receive proper guidance.
Support with completing and submitting applications and preparing electronic documentation.
Monitor tasks such as finalizing documents and obtaining plans.
Research tasks and independent projects.
Requirements

High level of structure and strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer interaction
Willingness to take on responsibility
Excellent written and spoken German.
