Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking, to identify top IT talent.
Work closely with hiring managers and sales teams to understand job requirements, project timelines, and business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals to create a robust talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
Requirements
Over years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, specifically in technology.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills, including, Azure, ServiceNow, Data and AI roles
Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS system (Lever), LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to manage multiple roles, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet hiring deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, assess, and negotiate with candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Previous experience working in a consulting firm
