Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for strategic roles, management and senior leadership.
Perform market mapping and active talent identification (hunting) in large organizations and key industry players.
Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies and approaches for senior-level talent.
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring technical and behavioral fit.
Prepare presentations, reports and candidate pipelines for committees, hiring managers and executives.
Ensure a differentiated Candidate Experience.
Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to TA processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed. Preferred degree in Psychology; related degrees (Business Administration, HR Management, etc.) will be considered.
Proven experience in headhunting, executive search and leading executive-level recruitment processes (managerial/strategic level) in large organizations.
Experience within a corporate structure and direct interaction with C-level and senior leadership.
Fluent English for conducting interviews and international interactions.
Proficiency in competency-based interviews, behavioral assessment and selection tools.
Analytical ability and business acumen, acting as an internal consultant.
