Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening through to offer extension.
Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and craft effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain clear communication and timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects Route's values and culture.
Conduct phone screens, assess candidates for skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with the appropriate team members.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings using active and passive sourcing techniques.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to support continuous process improvement.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records throughout.
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Proven track record filling both technical and non-technical roles.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse, Goodtime, and VicTig.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships quickly with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal ramp-up time.
