Review candidate profiles, resumes, and contact details
Conduct outbound calls to new applicants. Follow the provided pre-qualification call script. Ask eligibility questions
Identify automatic disqualifiers and DSP red flags
Update candidate status in the ATS
Record detailed notes for each applicant interaction. Document reasons for rejection or progression. Maintain clear candidate records for compliance and tracking
Add applicant details into the Amazon Cortex system
Send onboarding invitations
Book training schedules for applicants
Send daily updates of newly added candidates to the team via Slack
Coordinate with HR regarding onboarding progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required)
Equivalent experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support is acceptable
At least 1–2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support (preferred but not required)
At least 1–2 years experience in BPO industry as inbound/outbound caller
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters or similar platforms (preferred but not required)
Experience conducting phone screenings or pre-qualification interviews is a plus
Experience working with US-based clients and time zones (EST) is required
Experience supporting logistics, delivery, transportation, or staffing companies is a plus
Must have experience using VoIP calling platforms similar to Quo, internal communication tools similar to Slack, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
