Assists with all aspects of the district student program including full cycle recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, compensation research, student events and career fair participation
Supports the district learning and development processes: Assists with tracking and reporting for internal training
Assists with virtual and in class training set up
Supports district HRPD initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and health & wellness
Supports monthly metrics and reporting processes related to career management and vacation planning
Supports activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy
Other duties as required
Requirements
Pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or related program
Must be proactive in terms of anticipating needs and follow-up items for the project team
Expert in Microsoft office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Must have excellent interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
Exhibits strict confidentiality with all information
Must be independent and resourceful to accomplish day-to-day tasks and assignments
Must have excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple aggressive deadlines
