Participate in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Manage and resolve employee relations issues
Provide HR and performance management guidance to team management
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity
Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified job applicants
Assist with the facilitation of Visa Sponsorships and related HR matters
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM
Strong customer service skills
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable sections of laws
Familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS); Workday experience preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, and federal and state employment laws
