Role Overview
- Answer inbound calls from new and current clients
- Run full intake and secure signed representation agreements
- Handle 30–40 calls per shift (weekends)
- Follow up leads who didn’t sign on first call
- Log messages in case system for current clients
- Route out-of-scope cases to partner firms
- Call back missed calls fast (no dropped leads)
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Proven closing ability (sales or intake)
- Comfortable with high call volume and fast pace
- Available nights and weekends (fixed schedule)
- Reliable internet and own laptop
- Okay with activity tracking software
- Law firm intake experience (nice to have)
- Personal injury experience (nice to have)
- Call center + quota-driven background (nice to have)
