Clinical Sales Specialist – West/South-West Territory

Role Overview

• Develop and implement an annual Territory Sales Plan to achieve sales targets
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to remain responsive to trends
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers and opinion leaders, ensuring customer needs are communicated internally
• Act as the primary customer contact, addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Partner with the Sales Manager to deliver Clinical Education initiatives and product demonstrations
• Accurately record sales activities in CRM and provide regular reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Relevant degree or certificate preferred
• Formal sales training desirable
• Demonstrated experience in sales or territory management
• Knowledge of the dental or healthcare market is advantageous
