Lead a regional and vertical sales team, including direct people management responsibilities
Own and exceed annual sales targets across assigned Best Buy accounts and territories
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at multiple levels within Best Buy
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution
Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Analyze category performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform strategy
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for assigned accounts
Monitor tactical execution, including promotional activity and budget allocation
Identify risks and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
12+ years in sales with a history of success in growing revenue of related products, accounts, and customers
8+ years of proven success in sales leadership
Proven experience managing national or strategic retail accounts (Best Buy experience strongly preferred)
Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication/presentation skills
Solid business acumen relating to sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L
GED required, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
