Act as the go-to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data-driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders
Design and build executive-level dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to track KPIs across Data Foundations
Own the end-to-end development of curated datasets and scalable reporting pipelines in Snowflake and other internal tools (Tableau Prep, Airflow)
Enable and automate operational rhythms such as QBRs, APMs, G4G, and monthly business reviews by delivering high-quality insights and visuals
Collaborate across functions
including finance, sales programs, operations, and product to align on goals and inform key decisions
Partner with teams to standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for consistency across the org
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence
Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
A "get-it-done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives.
