Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in customer analytics.
3–5 years of experience using data to generate insights that support marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization or dashboarding.
Experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to query, analyze data and present results.
