About this role
Role Overview
- Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for professionals involved in PRONAS/PCD.
- Identify training needs aligned with the project objectives and FIDI’s mission.
- Create content, instructional materials, and learning pathways (in-person and/or online).
- Act as a facilitator for trainings, workshops, and development activities.
- Ensure trainings are aligned with principles of inclusion, diversity, and care for people with disabilities.
- Monitor training indicators, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support leaders and teams in promoting the project’s culture and best practices.
- Provide excellent and compassionate support to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Training & Development;
- Experience with an LMS (Learning Management System).
