Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for professionals involved in PRONAS/PCD.
Identify training needs aligned with the project objectives and FIDI’s mission.
Create content, instructional materials, and learning pathways (in-person and/or online).
Act as a facilitator for trainings, workshops, and development activities.
Ensure trainings are aligned with principles of inclusion, diversity, and care for people with disabilities.
Monitor training indicators, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
Support leaders and teams in promoting the project’s culture and best practices.
Provide excellent and compassionate support to employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Training & Development;
Experience with an LMS (Learning Management System).
