Lead and direct all phases of assigned programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive program plans and strategies aligned with client objectives and contractual requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between the client, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee contract compliance, ensuring all activities adhere to applicable regulations and company policies.
Prepare and administer program budgets, monitor resource allocation, and maintain financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain risk management processes, documentation, and escalation procedures when necessary.
Prepare, submit, and present required reports, technical documentation, and status updates to both the client and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate regular program reviews, status briefings, and performance meetings to maintain alignment on progress, priorities, and next steps.
Ensure overall client satisfaction, promote continuous improvement, and uphold organizational values throughout program execution.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines.
10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
Responsibilities include task assignment and review, setting project pace, monitoring work-in-progress, and verifying successful completion of deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work independently over initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight.
Top Secret/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance is required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
