About this role
Role Overview
Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone and email
Process and qualify inbound leads to generate sales opportunities
Execute a minimum of 50+ outbound activities daily
Conduct thorough research to gather account intelligence
Partner closely with the Sales team to develop and refine go-to-market strategies
Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools
Assist with onboarding and development of new hires
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a SDR role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technological proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
Background with Zoominfo, 6Sense, Hubspot preferable
Exposure to technology sales, customer service, or a related field
