Co-responsible for executing and analyzing the pricing and inventory strategy for a portfolio of sales segments, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments;
Regularly review and update the pricing policy to reflect market changes and company strategies;
Analyze market trends and propose actions that positively impact revenue;
Develop sales and revenue forecasting models;
Create and manage promotional items/offers, aligning them with pricing strategies and market needs;
Ensure pricing actions are implemented according to established guidelines, with accuracy and consistency;
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to revenue strategies;
Implement discount and promotion strategies, ensuring they align with the pricing policy and company goals;
Monitor performance indicators and produce performance reports, controlling revenue optimization and integrating processes to maximize profitability in a highly competitive environment;
Conduct detailed market analyses to identify price trends and opportunities for adjustments;
Monitor and report price and discount performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for optimization;
Propose improvements to the pricing back office, optimize processes, and ensure the effectiveness of pricing tools and systems;
Closely monitor sales, inventory, and company margins, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields;
Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Strategic Planning or Sales Planning;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Intermediate English;
Analytical mindset focused on revenue optimization, cross-functional process management, market analysis and strategic integration across teams;
Experience in process documentation and development;
Experience working in medium and large companies;
Knowledge of Python, statistics, A/B testing and data intelligence is desirable.
