Role Overview
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Identify and report inconsistencies in accounting entries
- Support analysis of account balances and preparation of management reports
- Interact with areas such as tax, finance and accounts payable/receivable to validate information
- Assist in organizing documents and evidence for internal and external audits
- Participate in improvements to reconciliation processes and automation of routines.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting (diploma or proof of graduation)
- Basic knowledge of general accounting and Brazilian accounting standards
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Previous experience with account reconciliations (preferred)
- Knowledge of Power BI or report automation tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of English (preferred).
