About this role
Role Overview
Identify and test demand forecasting methodologies to maximize results;
Calibrate and recommend improvements to the parameterization of statistical flight revenue optimization systems;
Support the use of tools, ensuring proper application according to industry best practices;
Optimize and develop processes that support the daily activities of the Revenue Management area;
Research the most modern pricing and revenue management approaches, both within and outside the airline industry, to apply to our business;
Serve as a reference for inventory optimization processes and models within the Revenue Management area;
Perform analyses and identify sales patterns, market trends and competitor strategies with the aim of optimizing GOL's revenue;
Collaborate with data scientists to develop and improve inventory and revenue management KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related fields (degree or proof of graduation);
Experience with statistical tools and models is a plus;
Advanced Excel;
Intermediate English;
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
High analytical capacity and business acumen;
Preferred experience in areas such as Revenue Management, Growth Revenue Management, Demand Forecast, Projections, Market Intelligence, Business Analysis or Pricing;
Preferred experience in Aviation and with optimization systems such as Sabre, PROS or Amadeus;
Previous experience in the activities described.
