Lead improvements to airline ticket pricing processes;
Perform analyses including root-cause identification to uncover revenue opportunities and optimize fares;
Monitor industry scenarios and context to identify revenue-generating opportunities;
Provide pricing expertise to support Revenue Management objectives — assist in disseminating pricing concepts and best practices;
Research and adapt modern pricing and revenue management approaches from within and outside the airline industry for application in our business;
Serve as a reference for processes and data to ensure strategies are implemented correctly;
Conduct analyses to identify sales patterns, market trends, and competitive dynamics with the goal of optimizing Gol's revenue.

Bachelor's degree completed in Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (degree or graduation certificate);
Experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Growth Revenue Management;
Advanced Excel skills;
Intermediate English;
Experience with data processing and analysis is desirable;
Familiarity with statistical tools and models is desirable;
Desirable experience in Market Intelligence, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, or Pricing;
Experience in the aviation sector is desirable;
Proven experience performing the activities described above.
