Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, addressing employee relations, policy procedures, and other employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEO, I-9, multi-state)
Support audits, reporting, and policy updates
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Serve as a primary resource for HRIS (Paycom preferred), ensuring data accuracy and reporting
Support process improvements and efficient HR workflow
Support engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning
Assist with performance management processes
Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual)
Support LMS administration and training coordination
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent or combination of education and experience
5 + years of progressive HR experience
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
Ability to provide guidance and facilitate training
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Ability to travel up to 15% within the US and to support business needs
Multi-state experience is preferred
HRIS experience (Paycom preferred)
