Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across technical, corporate, and sales roles for our offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent by applying effective recruitment strategies
Partner closely with hiring managers, provide insights into local market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with a diverse team of HR and recruitment professionals, helping shape the future of Arrow—one hire at a time.
Requirements
Recruitment – previous experience as a recruiter preferably for German speaking markets and understanding the local talent markets, challenges and opportunities
Language skills – fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders (C1 level)
Communication – ability to approach convince and partner with the hiring managers, candidates and wider HR team
Teamwork – collaborate with the EMEA team to achieve its goals, learn and share knowledge
Creativity and innovation – thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
