Translate marketing assets — including graphics, video, website content, and sales collateral — between Spanish and English to support LATAM market expansion
Own event logistics end-to-end, from pre-production planning through post-event reporting, across conferences, podcast-style recordings, and more
Manage and organize content assets across campaigns, sales materials, and brand collateral
Provide marketing administrative support including scheduling, internal communications, and document management
Publish weekly status reports on Jira ticket updates and cross-departmental project progress across marketing, product, and growth
Support ongoing campaign operations and assist with performance reporting and dashboard updates
Coordinate communications with vendors and freelancers supporting outsourced production work
Requirements
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
Experience with project management tools (Jira or similar)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you flag issues early and follow through

Experience working in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment
Experience supporting LATAM marketing efforts or working with Latin American markets
Background in content production, event coordination, or creative operations
Familiarity with marketing performance reporting or dashboards
