Team and Performance Management: Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring achievement of volume targets and conversion quality;
Outbound Operationalization: Execute the new proactive commercial strategy by structuring cadence flows, outreach scripts and closing techniques for higher-potential accounts;
Funnel Monitoring: Track sales KPIs daily (conversion rates, sales cycle time, and productivity), acting quickly on identified bottlenecks;
Liaison with Partnerships and Marketing: Ensure leads generated by partners (ERPs/platforms) and marketing campaigns are handled with excellence and speed by the commercial team;
Training and Playbooks: Keep sales playbooks up to date and provide continuous coaching to the team to improve the technical level of negotiations.
Requirements
Hands-on: Enjoy being involved in the operation—listening to calls, refining scripts and helping the team close complex deals;
Mastery of Sales Processes: Experience with modern methodologies (such as Spin Selling or Predictable Revenue) and strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive or RD Station);
Results-Oriented: Resilient and fully focused on meeting targets in a transaction-volume–based business model;
Influential Communication: Ability to motivate the internal team and represent Melhor Envio in negotiations with strategic customers;
Previous experience coordinating or leading B2B sales teams (preferably in technology or e‑commerce);
Knowledge of managing Inbound and Outbound sales funnels;
Analytical skills to produce reports and extract performance insights.
